Why can’t I select sub objects; face, edges or vertices of 3D Mesh model?
Hi, I’m trying to make a 3D model with Mesh in AutoCAD 2015, but I can’t select any sub-objects. It only allows to select a whole model. In the tutorial, when Selection Filter is selected, cursor will change with filter symbol attached, but mine doesn’t even change/show any extra symbol. I went through F1 Help things but nothing making works.If someone could let me know any solution, much appreciated.
The “Set subobject filters” option would be available on the selection panel of your 3D ribbon tabs. If you don’t select a filter, the default would be that you select the entire object.
