How can I use number of divisions function in Civil3D?

Could someone please tell me how to use the number of divisions feature in Civil3D? I’m struggling.

and welcome to CAD Answers
Unfortunately
Currently the field can be inserted, but there is nowhere to define the AEC Project fields; in other words you can not type directly into them they were created back then to function with another application (AEC Project Fileds are no longer – if ever – supported by Civil 3D)
fortunately though there’s another way to do it:
