Turning SketchUp Groups into Components

So this might be a matter of just getting used to creating components instead of groups, but I encounter this problem often enough for me to ask: Is there a way to turn SketchUp Groups into Components automatically?

I find myself duplicating Groups in my model that I then realize would work better as Components for further collective edits. Is there a way to get around this without having to manually replace the Groups with a brand new Component?
