Opening Solid Edge Files in AP100 AMADA software. How to fix the broken curve lines?
When I save as DXF from Solid Edge to bring into AP100 the lines come in as a bunch of little lines. Some as small as .009″ long. It makes for a very long program which locks up the lasers trying to receive the file. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?
Are you working with a 3D model? Here’s a video I found importing 3D elements into AMADA AP100. I think the source program was Creo in the video but the video sheds some light on the export-import process.
