How do I fix “AutoCAD 2017 is Not Responding” on Windows 10 64bit issue?
How to fix AutoCAD Unhandled Exception
After Installing windows 10 64 bit, I couldn’t run AutoCAD 2017, tried to reinstall but it did not work, here’s the error the appears: “AutoCAD Unhandled Exception”
I’d start by following the suggestions in this document – it’s a pretty comprehensive list of what can cause this sort of issue
Nick
Well, after going through multiple options on the listl
uninstalled my antivirus
updated my drivers
redownloaded my graphics card drivers
reinstalled autocad
tried various registry fixing tools
and all in vain, I almost gave up and then downloaded AutoCAD 2017 Service Pack 1; I think that might have done the trick will tell you more as I use it in the following days
Thanks Nick

Service packs usually come with a bunch of interface enhancements as well as bug fixes. Unsure if this can solve Unhandled Exception errors, but it’s worth a shot! Let us know if it does the trick.
Autodesk does list a recommended driver for the Intel HD 520. I’d get that one.
No listing at all for the GeForce card.
Are you running Hardware Acceleration On or Off?
hi, Im Andhika from Indonesia, just to share how the fast tricky if you have those problem.
if the AutoCAD already opened, maybe there are some mistake / bug, I dont know how to explain it, but we can save as that file with .dxf and use lower version (maybe 2000 or 2007) and then try to open again that dxf file and save it .dwg with lower version again.
thats it.
its works
