Which is best? Nanocad, Turbocad, VectorWorks, DesignCAD, Zwcad, A9cad pro, QCAD?
Hello , I kindly want to know which one better or the best among Nanocad, Turbocad, VectorWorks, DesignCAD, Zwcad, A9cad pro, Qcad and the others is? some of cad softwares have some fun lacks in tools!, so I want ones which besides low size and being user friendly, have the most perfect tools including align objects, split, break, easy text writing/editing, array polar, path array and… and some preliminary options like ability of editing the length of drawn lines and…, what is it?
From your question – it sounds like you’re new to CAD. I’d suggest starting with a free 2D drafting solution like Draftsight. We did a comparison of the free CAD software options on the Scan2CAD blog.
Give yourself time to learn the basics and in a few weeks or months you can consider whether you need another option. You’ll likely be in a better position to understand the benefits and differences between other CAD software.
Most software options are designed to solve a specific problem. So – for example – don’t confuse things by comparing Solidworks to AutoCAD. Because they are designed for totally different requirements. You should know which is best for your requirements.
