How to fold the edge of a chamfered cylinder to mimic welding?

Working on 3D drawings in AutoCAD 3D. Any insights are very much appreciated.
Unsure if AutoCAD 3D is the best software to do complicated operations like this. I think you might be better off using dedicated 3D modeling programs. Blender has some great tools for stuff like this. I hear Fusion 360 and Solidworks are great, if those are within your budget.
