If I understand your question correctly, you currently have 1 drawings with a lot of layout tabs for each sheet and you would like to separate them all into individual drawings. Use the following lisp routine.  Just copy the code and save as a .lsp file. Once loaded, the command is layoutstodwg and each layout will be exported out to its own individual drawing.  You will have a chance to provide a prefix and/or suffix to each drawing name if you desire. The new drawing name will be whatever the tab is labeled.

As far as I know, there isn’t anything built into AutoCAD that does that automatically. There might be some lisp files that you can use, but I don’t think there’s anything that can go around manually going through each sheet.
