Check out the properties tab on the left side of the AutoCAD interface while you have your text selected. There should be a Text Height option that you can change to vary the size of the text.

Also, this is assuming you’re looking to change the font size of any text objects you added onto your drawing. If you’re looking to change your AutoCAD’s UI font size, AutoCAD bases its font sizes on your machine’s default font sizes. So change that on your computer’s display settings and AutoCAD should follow suit.
