AutoCAD has a rendering option which shows curves like this. I believe it’s to save on GPU load.

You can switch it to show true curves. This was answered here: How to fix jagged/blocky circles & arcs in AutoCAD?

have you tryed the command spline? it creates a free curve poliline which you can modify however you want , and the fact that it’s a poliline allows you to filled it or join it if you want!

You use the command “viewres”, you answer “yes” to the question Do you want fast zooms and enter circle zoom percent 20000.

Have you tried making everything a poly line with a little thickness? Also sometimes what you are seeing is what you will get try rendering it to see what it will really look like

AutoCAD encounters graphical issues like this when you’re zoomed in too much. You can try typing in “REGEN” with your shapes on-screen and see if that helps.
