I read on the Autodesk forums that there are no plans to release Civil3D for Mac, so if you really want to run it on your Macintosh it looks like you’re going to have to go either Bootcamp or Parallels which will allow you to run PC programs.
Here’s a short article on the Pros and Cons of Bootcamp vs Parallels to help you see the difference.

Asked on January 2, 2017 in AutoCAD.
The 4K, 3840 X 2160 resolution problem scaling in AutoCAD 2016 I think has been solved with the latest update as JavaParaTrooper suggests above.
I looks like the graphics card also can struggle to drive such a big monitor.
Does anyone know what if AutoCAD has issued any guidance about an optimal resolution?
At HD resolution (1920×1080) AutoCAD runs fine for me but it’s rubbish at 4k.
Screen resolutions are only going to keep increasing so either the AutoCAD package and/or our hardware is going to have to keep pace.
